Golden Peanut Dressing

The perfect multi-purpose dressing to always have on hand

I really like calling anything I add turmeric to "Golden such and such" :)

Cuz really, it does make everything golden! Including peanut dressing! This delicious and easy-to-make dressing goes great on just about any salad, you can use it as a dip for spring roles or veggies, or as a sauce to stir-fry with. To make it, you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup creamy or chunky natural peanut butter (heat it a little if it's been refrigerated, so it's liquidy and easier to work with)

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 5-7 sprays of Braggs or 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey (replace with 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave nectar to make vegan)

  • 2 teaspoons golden paste (if you don't have this, add 1 tspn cocounut oil & 2 tspns turmeric)

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • Peanuts (optional)

  • Water

  1. Add all ingredients except water together in a medium sized bowl

  2. Whisk in small amounts of water until it reaches your desired consistency

  3. Sprinkle some crushed peanuts to garnish

  4. Enjoy with your meal!
