Whether you're a true beginner to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, private sessions are extraordinarily beneficial. 

 Private yoga sessions are an opportunity to meet your body right where it's at, and learn how to best move forward. A private session is essentially a customized class that allows us the space and time to work together on exactly what you want to work on, be it asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), or meditation ( meditation ;) ). 

Private sessions also give us the opportunity to explore alignment more in-depth, and find how poses work best for your unique body. This not only gives you the benefit of the pose in the moment, but also gives you tools to take with you to your practice in group classes or in your own home practice.

Private sessions can be done in person or online, depending on your location. If you'd like to know more about private sessions before booking, please don't hesitate to connect :)
