Ayurveda is not just a healing practice, but a science of living that's deeply rooted in ancient existential philosophies. We'll explore the history, the philosophy, the myths, and the ways in which Ayurveda can be easily incorporated into your daily routine to help restore balance in your life.

Because Ayurveda is such a vast science, the workshops I offer generally focus on one aspect of it or it's application,  such as Ayurveda & Yoga, Ayurveda & The Mind, Ayurveda & Womens' Health, etc.  Just like yoga, I believe that Ayurveda is for everyone, and I love creating catered workshops for studios, groups, or individuals looking to explore Ayurveda's availability to a specific interest or cause.  If you've got an idea, contact me and let's co-create!

I loved the Ayurveda workshop with Sarah! I am new to Ayurveda and Sarah explained everything in such a comprehensible way. I found Sarah to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Sarah has a heartfelt passion for helping people find balance in their lives and I am so grateful for having this opportunity to invest in my health.

Sarah is passionate. It was a real pleasure to listen to her approach of Ayurveda. As a beginner, everything was clear and I think I will go further into what I have learned. I will definitely recommend her workshop to others.

My courses range from 6-12 hours, and can be split into as many days or individual lessons as needed. I currently teach two courses; Ayurveda 101: An Introduction, and Ayurveda & Yoga: A Whole Practice For The Whole Self.

I really enjoyed Sarah’s Introduction to Ayurveda class. Her presentations were so informative and interesting. Her creation of personalized reports for each student as well as dosha-specific teas at the end of the course were lovely touches. She was a joy to study with!

Sarah’s knowledge of ayurveda has been so valuable to me personally, and her workshops and courses give students a real insight into how yoga’s sister science can help us lead a more balanced life. The 12 hour in-person course she ran in our 200hr YA Yoga Teacher Training gave our students a solid foundational understanding of ayurveda, it’s history, and it’s practical application in daily life and as yoga teachers. We asked her back for the next TT, and since she couldn’t be there in person, Sarah gave the course online. Though we missed her physical presence, the class was just as good! Sarah’s enthusiasm for Yoga and Ayurveda is absolutely infectious. Her students hold her in high regard as do I. She is a gem.
